Who are the courses aimed at?
The Academy curriculum is suitable for anyone responsible for directing or managing sustainable business or social marketing programme, campaign or initiative. It is aimed at practitioners – either experienced or new to their responsibilities. Learn more about the courses.

Will the courses help me to design and deliver a social marketing programme?
Absolutely, all of the course content is geared towards practical guidance that you can apply to your own programmes in business, the public sector or the voluntary sector. Learn more about the courses.

What other courses are available?
In addition to the courses listed there is a three part social marketing curriculum that can be tailored and delivered for your organization. It covers:

  1. An introduction to social marketing and behaviour change.
  2. Commissioning actionable research and creating communications strategies that work.
  3. Creating social marketing strategies that achieve real change.

Who are the tutors?
The curriculum tutors are all highly regarded and experienced practitioners with extensive experience of running successful sustainable business, social marketing or customer behaviour change campaigns. They are also experienced in providing first-class training. Learn more about the team.

Attendance

Can more than one person from my organisation attend?
Absolutely. But we are limiting attendance to 30 people per course, so for multiple attendees make sure you book early. Access the course booking form.

Will you run the courses at my organisation?

Will I get the chance to network with my peers?
Yes, all of the courses use collaborative techniques and networking opportunities to ensure we can all learn from each other, and grow our contacts with like-minded social marketing practitioners. Also, you can apply to join the Social Marketing Network.

The locations

Where are the courses being held?
The London courses are held at the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Liverpool courses at Blackburne House. Learn more about the venues.

Can I attend courses in both London and Liverpool?
Yes. You can attend any combination of courses in either location.
