John Drummond
John is a leading expert in social marketing theory and practice, and an inspirational speaker and facilitator. As CEO of Corporate Culture he has helped many clients deliver lasting change, including Bank of America, BT, Sky, WRAP, Marks & Spencer, T-Mobile, O2, Buying Solutions, EDF Energy and a range of NHS Trusts.
John has expertise in behavioural change, social and organisational change, branding and market-led CSR. He was formerly Group Communications Director of United Utilities where he was instrumental in the organisation winning Business in the Community's 'Company of the Year' Award for Impact on Society and led several award-winning social marketing campaigns linked to major social and environmental programmes. Prior to working for United Utilities John held senior sales and marketing roles at IBM.
Sue Nelson
For five years Sue was Assistant Chief Executive at Environmental Campaigns, responsible for public campaigns, business development and programmes such as the Blue Flag awards for beaches and Eco-Schools. Sue has also worked with the Home Office, ODPM and Defra, and corporate and public sector partners. She is a Non-Executive Director of Lantra (the Sector Skills Council for environmental and land-based industries), and a Non-Executive member on the Audit and Risk Committee of the Department for Communities and Local Government. Sue is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Art and a 'Business Leader' member of the Marketing Society.
Sandra Palmer
Sandra's extensive social marketing expertise is founded in her work for major public and private sector organisations such as WRAP, ASDA and BT. She has held a number of communications director roles at United Utilities, and senior communication roles at the British Film Institute and environmental campaign group ENCAMS. Sandra’s career has also seen her take the post of visiting lecturer in communications at Ashridge Management College and the Universities of Manchester and Chester.
Belinda Miller
Belinda has extensive experience of applying behavioural psychology models to inform campaigns that bring about social change. As Director of Insight at Corporate Culture, Belinda has carried out extensive research into social and environmental campaigning for clients including WRAP, the NHS, London Underground, Sky and Orange. She has also been instrumental in developing the strategy for a number of major social marketing interventions in the health sector. An engaging and passionate speaker, she has won many awards for effective communications.
Sharon Kemp
Sharon is an accomplished social marketing director who has worked extensively in the public and private health sectors, in both primary and secondary care environments. She has worked for over a dozen NHS PCTs on social marketing and intervention programmes, and has also led a number of behaviour change and social marketing campaigns in both the business and consumer environments.
